<p>Our Leaders were treated like “Kings and Queens” at the beautiful 5 star resorts on Denarau Island, Fiji.</p>
<p>We were honoured to share the presence of Mr Bryan Davis (XanGo Founder) and Mr Craig Hale (XanGo President)… along with our Australian Manager, Mr Ryan Anderson, who informed us that he, will be taking up residence in Australia, along with his beautiful wife Shirona, to guide us along the next step of our business. </p>
<p>This was very exciting news for us all, as Ryan is a very talented young man, so loved by all Aussies,  and we so look forward to “Welcoming him with open arms” to Australia.</p>
<p>The most amazing few days of sharing and giving, especially our visit to the children in the village, whom our company donated outdoor tables, and a huge cash donation to assist…. their school…. </p>

<p>XanGo&#8217;s annual Salt Lake City convention gets up to full steam today with  international troops of independent distributors getting rah-rah messages and  help with sales techniques.</p>
<p>The Lehi-based company &#8212; its name adorns the jerseys of the Real Salt Lake  professional soccer team &#8212; is approaching $2 billion in sales since its  founding seven years ago, Conlee said Thursday.</p>
<p><span id="more-419"></span></p>
<p>XanGo is privately held, so the numbers cannot be verified with public  reports. But Conlee said company decided a year ago when he came on board to  invest in increasing sales and attracting new distributors for XanGo&#8217;s signature  juice the company touts for its nutritional value.</p>
<p>&#8220;We made a decision to invest our way out of the recession, out of any  slowdown that might have hit us,&#8221; said Conlee.</p>
<p>XanGo rocketed to success in 2002 when it launched its XanGo Juice drink made  from the Southeast Asian fruit mangosteen. Now, there are 1.43 million  independent distributors in 31 countries.</p>
<p>In addition, the company this year began marketing Eleviv, a capsule the  company says decreases stress, improves mood and enhances sleep. Last year,  XanGo began offering a line of skin-care products under the name Glimpse.</p>
<p>Conlee said Eleviv recently helped the company set sales records.</p>
<p>&#8220;We had our largest single revenue day on July 20,&#8221; he said.</p>
<p>One of the highlights of this year&#8217;s convention was the appearance Wednesday of the founders of Operation Smile, a group that carries out or facilitates the surgeries to fix cleft lips and palates and other facial deformities of children in poor countries. XanGo&#8217;s distributors contribute to the nonprofit group, and the company has sent employees to Mexico to help with a mission.</p>
<p>Bill and Kathy Magee &#8212; he&#8217;s a surgeon; she&#8217;s a nurse &#8212; founded Operation Smile 27 years ago after participating in a volunteer effort in the Philippines where 250 were operated on out of 300 children who had showed up.</p>
<p>Since then, &#8220;We&#8217;ve done 135,000 surgeries in 51 countries,&#8221; said Kathy Magee.</p>
<p>In the developing countries, about one in 500 kids is born with a cleft lip  or palate , said Bill Magee.</p>
<p>XanGo raised $40,000 for an Operation Smile mission in Thailand, where the company obtains the mangosteen fruit for its products.</p></div>

<p>There will be much to see and do at THRIVE &#8217;09 &#8211; legendary experiences await you. But we know that you&#8217;re also attending Convention to enrich your knowledge and gain valuable experience to grow your XanGo own business. With that in mind, this year&#8217;s lineup of Breakout Sessions includes a Panel Discussion that will cover international growth and development.</p>
<p>As a precursor to this session, we ask you to send us questions related to this topic with an emphasis on expansion of your organization into markets where XanGo is already open for business. A number of exciting market openings have taken place recently; if you remember our CEO, Robert Conlee, referenced the DSA’s top 5 countries for network marketing – Russia, France, Italy, South Korea and Brazil at this year’s Elite Summit. We’ve obviously made some remarkable progress in the last few months opening 3 of these markets.</p>
<p>Below is a sample list of great questions we’ve already received and will address in this session:</p>

<li>What are the best tools to help me expand my businesses internationally? Brochures, websites, conference calls?</li>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hey all you incredible leaders! How are you all doing? I hope all is well.  Sorry about the last conference call. I was stuck in a car Auction that I was trying to buy a 54 Pontiac and a 58 Buick for my uncle when I got a call from Dr. Johnson and he couldn’t do the call.  So it was a little awkward because I tried sending out emails to everyone that was in my blackberry but some of you have changed your email.  I will update my blackberry and that won’t happen again.  Anyway it worked out better because now I have Marlene Balingit committed to do the first Webinar for the year.  I purchased GoTowebinar so if any of you are interested in using this let me know and we can set something up.  I will be sending out the link for this tomorrow for the webinar to take place on Saturday.  We can record these as well so you can send them out or use them as a training tool as well.  So I am hoping that it works out great!  Please let me know if you have any questions regarding this.<br />

On another note we need to get the Convention details all ironed out.  I need a list from each of you of all the people that you know of in your groups including you that will be coming to convention.  I need their distributor ID’s and names.  I will be paying for each of them their entrance into convention including all of you rather they qualified or not for the all stars.  Also I have 20 rooms booked in the Hilton. I can get more.  The room rates are great.  they are the cheapest around for $102USD a night.  That will put you right across the road from the Convention Center.  So no one will get lost.</p>
<p>Now Here is what I have planned let me know your thoughts.  Everything starts on Thursday for most Distributors.  There is a Black Tie Dinner on Wednesday but, that is only for people who have qualified for as a 100K Select and above between last year at convention and this convention in October.  If you have any of you have any questions regarding this please let  me know.  </p>
<p>There is a premier leadership meeting that is for all titled premiers and above that starts at 9am on Thursday and gets out at 12:30.  I would like everyone to get their own lunch on Thursday and then we will put everyone on a bus and go down and tour the corporate office and then up to Park City for shopping games and dinner.  Then we will return back to the convention center by 9pm for the Dance party.   This will be a day that you won’t want to miss.  </p>
<p>Friday is store hours, 1st General session, and breakout sessions that you don’t want to miss either.  Saturday there are two sessions and store hours and then in the evening there is a huge Soccer game with Real Salt Lake. It is their championship game.  I would like everyone that come to convention to attend this. I will be buying tickets for everyone that requests them. They are selling out soon so I need to get everyone’s tickets this week.  By Monday at the latest.  So can you please let me know as soon as possible.  </p>
<p>Then Sunday there are no XanGo events but there are a lot of great Distributor events that I think that you all should attend. There is a cost and I can find out more details regarding these if you are interested.  </p>
<p>Then there is more.  Some of you have indicated that you would like to stay on a few days longer.  So, if I can get a list of names who are interested I can start getting pricing for Yellowstone and Jackson Hole Wyoming.  I would like to rent a bus and take everyone to Yellowstone.  Now there would be a cost for each distributor but it would be one flat fee then travel, accommodation, and meals will be taken care of.  So if you know of anyone that would be interested in this please let me know. </p>
<p>I can’t tell you all how exciting things are getting around here.  X51 has exploded and continues to bring people to XanGo.  The per carp oil and mineral makeup is coming on line and making a splash.  I can’t tell you all how great it is to be a part of XanGo at this time.  This is the second wave of XanGo and it’s an important time to dig in and make a difference. </p>
